Returns, Exchanges & Reworks

US and Canadian Returns/Exchanges

Timeframe -- up to 14 days post-delivery

We offer returns and exchanges on unworn, non-custom pieces within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Steps to exchange/return (**excluding Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok Shop orders):

  1. Visit the following link - Returns Portal
  2. Enter your order number and email address. 
  3. Select the items you want to return or exchange and choose the reason for your return
  4. Determine which return outcome you’d like
  5. Securely pack item(s) in a small box or padded mailer. If available, please use original packaging.
  6. Attach your return label to the package and drop it off within 14 days to your nearest USPS location. 

Our team will process your return/exchange once the item is received at our warehouse.

Orders purchased with Re:do Risk Free Returns will have shipping costs waived for return/exchange labels. Orders purchased without Re:do Risk Free Returns will be subject to covering shipping costs for return/exchange labels.

**Orders placed through Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok Shop that are eligible for a return or exchange must be processed manually and cannot be submitted through our automated returns platform. Please reach out to our support team at info@madebymary.com and include the information from steps 2-4 above in your email for our team to process your request.

Other International Returns

Timeframe -- up to 14 days post-delivery

We gladly accept international returns on unworn, non-custom pieces within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and that we do not cover the cost of return shipping on international orders.

  • FINAL SALE -- orders/items marked Final Sale are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Warranty

Timeframe -- Free up to 60 days from delivery date

We stand by our work, honor our word, and care about your satisfaction. However, mistakes do happen, but we will take care of you at no cost to you.  Our 60-day warranty covers the following:

  • Manufacturing defects -- broken chain, faulty clasp, etc.
  • Errors -- stamping errors, wrong size, etc.

All sale page products are final sale and are not covered by the warranty.

Repairs & Rework

Repairs Timeframe -- 60+ days from delivery date

Rework

If your item is unworn and non-custom, we would be happy to exchange your piece within 14 days for a different length! To initiate an exchange for your non-custom piece, please visit our returns portal.

If you are unhappy with the length of your piece, and it is custom, email info@madebymary.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Any shipping costs and/or re-working fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If you mail your piece in on your own, be sure to keep the tracking number provided to you by the shipping company so we can locate your order if needed!
