Returns, Exchanges & Reworks

      Domestic Returns/Exchanges

      Timeframe -- up to 14 days post-delivery

      We offer one prepaid shipping label on unworn, non-custom pieces within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

      Steps to exchange/return:

      1. Visit https://returns.madebymary.com/#/ and enter your order number and email address
      2. Select the items you want to return or exchange and choose the reason for your return
      3. Determine which return outcome you’d like:
      • Exchange for the same item in a new length/size
      • Exchange for a different item
      • Return for store credit
      • Return for refund back to original method of payment
        • Returns for refund are subject to a $3 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund
           4. Securely pack item(s) in a small box or padded mailer. If available, please use original packaging.
           5. Attach your return label to the package and drop it off within 14 days to your nearest USPS location. 

       

      Our team will process your return/exchange once the item is received at our warehouse.

      International Returns

      Timeframe -- up to 14 days

      We gladly accept returns on unworn, non-custom pieces within 14 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and that we do not cover the cost of return shipping on International orders.

      • FINAL SALE -- orders/items marked Final Sale are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
      Warranty

      Timeframe -- Free up to 60 days from delivery date

      We stand by our work, honor our word, and care about your satisfaction. However, mistakes do happen, but we will take care of you at no cost to you.  Our 60-day warranty covers the following:

      • Manufacturing defects -- broken chain, faulty clasp, etc.
      • Errors/Item Missing -- stamping errors, wrong size, item missing

      Repairs

      Timeframe -- 60+ days from delivery date

      • Chains Replacement: If your chain breaks, we offer Bar and Disc Replacement Chains. Follow the product listing instructions for further information.
