I love this necklace but feel the quality could be better. It’s impossible to get on and off by myself. The claw clip is too tiny and it’s like it’s missing what the claw clip connects to, which makes it difficult to put on. It’s dainty and cute, and sentimental, which I love

The big heart had scratches across it from the stamping of the letters. The metal didn't feel like that high quality either. Was it even real rose gold or just rose gold coated?
