    Poor shipping and customer service

    The jewelry is beautiful. It was bought as a gift for a friend who recently lost one of their kids for Christmas. I know that shipping is often times not a reflection of the business but this was BAD. I ordered over $100 worth of jewelry November 27 for Christmas gifts. Not one single item arrived for Christmas. An entire month to get it shipped here? I emailed customer service because it said 10-15 days to make your custom jewelry, on the 17th day I still hadn’t received an email that it shipped. Of course as soon as I sent an email to customer service asking about it I receive an email that the items shipped. Still took another 2 weeks to get here after that. I have always loved my jewelry from Made by Mary but will not be buying again from this experience.
