Customer Support


Made by Mary is looking for a passionate, strategic thinker, and skilled communicator. This candidate will work closely with the entire team to ensure the best care and service is provided to our amazing customers. This job is a very self sustaining role and is not for the easily distracted. You will help with responding and organizing any and all customer questions and concerns. This role requires a strong work ethic, adaptability as well as an eagerness to dive in on all things Made by Mary.

Position is Full Time or Part time - In office

Duties + Responsibilities

  • Correspond with customers via email and ensure emails are answered on-time and with excellent customer service. 
  • Track and report individual daily/weekly email output to Customer Support Supervisor.
  • Have a working knowledge of current Made by Mary products and procedures.
  • Assist on live chat and sms software.
  • Participate in weekly customer support meetings to help with the overall strategy and make sure channels align with the company’s goals and vision
  • Adaptability to take on new responsibilities and tasks as needed 
  • Attention to detail for constant site changes, new products and out of stocks.

Qualifications + Abilities

  • 1 + years of customer service experience {not required but a plus}
  • Communicate well with others both verbally and written.
  • Self-starter and proactive mentality 
  • Ability to work independently without constant direction
  • Positive attitude through thick and thin and an eagerness for all things MBM
  • Ready to perform and meet deadlines in high pressure, fast-paced working environment
  • Strong knowledge of email and response platforms
  • Shopify and ERP experience is a plus
  • Proactive and resourceful with a self-starter mindset
