Your broken piece will need to be shipped to our studio to be assembled to the Replacement Bar Chain. We will hold onto the chain until we receive your piece in the mail. - Mail your piece in a small bag or box in a padded mailer.
- Include a note in the package that lists:
- Your order number
- Your contact information (name, email, shipping address).
- Your entire piece (including the piece you'd like assembled to the chain).

This is a great little necklace, the only thing I wish is that they had a better policy on their chains breaking. They only give you 30 days and a few of my pieces have broken.
