My first chain lasted about a year with constant wear. The piece of the chain connecting it to my Zola disc broke and I found it in my bed one morning. I wanted to get it repaired for a wedding and Made By Mary has it back to me in MI the same week! So far so good! I hope it lasts another year since I wear it 24/7 ☺️️

A few years ago I purchased a half moon necklace with a 16-in chain. The original chain broke during an activity and I was heart broken because 1, it broke, 2, I couldn't purchase an exact replacement as now only an adjustable chain is offered for the piece. Once I learned replacement chains were offered, I jumped at the chance. I've been wearing my replacement chain and hammered half moon for two weeks straight and so far so good, the chain is holding up well. The only thing I would change is making the replacement option available on the website, or if it's already there, make it easier to find. I had to follow a direct link from customer service as I wasn't able to find the link at the time of this posting.
