Unfortunately I have been very unsatisfied with my purchase. I received my necklace with multiple scratches, emailed over customer service, was told a replacement would be sent out immediately, it’s already been a week and a half, reached out again and was told an email would be sent when they ship it over, and still have not received anything. I purchased this for a trip as a gift and that has already passed. I understand orders are coming in daily, but for an item I paid $80 for that was damaged over 3 weeks ago, I was hopefully expecting to get a new one very soon.
