Important Sales Info

  • FINAL SALE -- orders/items marked Final Sale are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit 
  • VIP SALE (10/5/21 - 10/6/21) - All custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Ready-to-ship pieces cannot be returned, but can be exchanged until 1/8/22.
  • HOLIDAY SALE (10/19/21 - 10/21/21) - All custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Ready-to-ship pieces cannot be returned, but can be exchanged until 1/8/22.
  • Orders placed between 10/19/21 - 12/24/2021 have until 1/8/22 to initiate an exchange. After 12/24/2021 the normal 14 day return window will go back into effect. See more information regarding the return policy below.

Returns & Exchange - Domestic

Timeframe -- Free up to 14 days

We offer one free return or exchange on unworn, non-custom pieces with original packaging within 14 days of delivery. 

Once an order has shipped out we will not refund the shipping for a return. Shipping costs will only be refunded if an order is cancelled prior to shipment.

*Exchanges must be for the same product, in a different metal type or chain length. All other exchange requests will be processed as store credit.

**Allow up to 2 weeks after your order has been delivered for returns and exchanges to be processed. Processing time may increase during peak sales seasons.

***If you mail your piece in on your own to be returned, exchanged, or reworked, be sure to keep the tracking number provided to you by the shipping company so we can locate the order if needed. Similarly, if you order an add on disc, bar, or replacement chain and are sending your piece in for our team to assemble, hold onto that tracking information for reference! 

Returns & Exchanges- International

Timeframe -- up to 14 days

We are not able to provide return labels for International Orders at this time, but we are happy to accept a return within 14 days.

Warranty

 

Timeframe -- Free up to 60 days from delivery date

We stand by our work, honor our word, and care about your satisfaction. However, mistakes do happen, but we will take care of you at no cost to you.  Our 60-day warranty covers the following:

  • Manufacturing defects -- broken chain, faulty clasp, etc.
  • Errors/Item Missing -- stamping errors, wrong size, item missing

Repairs

Timeframe -- 60+ days from delivery date

  • Chains Replacement: If your chain breaks, we offer Bar and Disc Replacement Chains. Follow the product listing instructions for further information.
