IMPORTANT: This replacement chain is for necklaces that slide on a chain, such as discs, vertical bar pendants or rectangle pendants. 

Please read entire listing before purchasing.

1. Select a chain length.

2. Select delivery option. (1) You will have an option to send your broken piece into us to attach your pendants to a new chain, or (2) to have the replacement chain sent directly to you for you to assemble. Keep in mind that most pendants do NOT slide onto the chain. The jump ring on your pendants will need to be opened and closed with two pliers to attach onto your new chain.

3. If you choose to send your necklace to us for us to attach, please send your necklace to our address at below as well as include a detailed note with your name, email, order number, and description so our returns team can take care of you:

Jewelry Sizing Chart

NECKLACE SIZE

Use the table and picture below for a general guideline on fit and feel of our necklaces.
Size Fit
16" Falls at the base of the neck for a comfortable but tighter fit.
18" Most popular size.  Sits slightly below collar bone for a perfect fit
20" Great size for layering necklaces.  Sits half way down the neckline.
22"+ Sits below most necklines.

BRACELET SIZE

STEP 1:  Take a measuring tape and measure your wrist where you normally wear a bracelet
STEP 2:  Add an appropriate length to the bracelet for a best fit. Please note lengths below:
- For a "Tight" fit:  Add 1/4" to 1/2" to your wrist size
- For a "Just Right" fit:  Add 3/4" to 1"
- For a "Relaxed" fit:  Add 1 1/4"
If you are buying a bracelet for someone else and don't know wrist size, we recommend you use the charts below for a rough guideline. You can also size down and order a Chain Extender so the recipient can resize to their liking.
