    Slow shipping and absolutely no customer service help

    Nice necklace but I ordered it in the beginning of December and it qualified to arrive before Christmas. I only received it mid January. I sent two emails asking for help and never had a reply. I also wouldn’t have bothered writing a review, but my email inbox is being spammed by this company demanding a review.
