My 2 daughters and 4 granddaughters also have these necklaces. I received mine as a gift for Mother's Day. However, I broke the chain and lost it. I was very sad and just had to replace it. My necklace reminds me of the love of my family in a beautiful way.

WARNING - DO NOT BUY SILVER - I purchased this for my mom for Christmas in silver, and it has tarnished horribly. She wears it only once or twice a week when she goes out. I have several other MBM necklaces in gold/rose gold and have had no issues, but I would not recommend silver at all. The necklace looks horrible now.
Also, the jump rings/O-rings (what the clasp fastens to) are tiny on this necklace. My gold necklaces have much bigger fasteners. Not sure if this issue is unique to all silver necklaces or just the one I bought, but it is another reason to stay away from silver at all costs.

Turnaround time was very fast! Had a small issue and customer service was very helpful and got back to me very quickly. Quality is is great, flowers came out beautifully! Ordered it for my grandmother in silver. Overall a piece of jewelry that she loves and it currently wearing!

I ordered a custom birth flower necklace for my mom on 11/26. It was intended to be a Christmas gift. As of 12/22 the item has not arrived and MBM customer service hasn’t helped at all. Their text option told me to email, but to expect a 3-4 day delay in a reply…yeah I emailed on 12/20 and haven’t heard anything. I’m so upset as this was the main gift for my mom and they are doing NOTHING to help. Very, very terrible customer service.
