CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

We are seeking Customer Support Representatives for our growing team!  This position is a full time position at our studio in Draper, UT.  You will work closely with the entire Customer Support team to ensure the best care and service is provided to our amazing customers. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service here at Made by Mary, so we are looking for relationship-driven team members to ensure a positive and successful experience for each customer. 

As a quickly growing startup, we are a close knit team that likes to have fun, and we're looking for someone who is excited to dive in and help build our customer support department. You must work well under pressure and complete projects from start to finish.

Position Overview:

    • Part-Time to Full-Time Position: M-F (30-40 hours/week)

    • Must be on site (Draper, UT studio)

Responsibilities:

    • Correspond with customers via email and ensure emails are answered on-time and with excellent customer service.  Report individual daily email output to Customer Support Manager.

    • Have a working knowledge of current Made by Mary products and procedures.

    • Respond to Etsy messages daily and work with the Customer Support Manager to optimize Etsy listings.

    • Reply to Live Chat messages quickly and professionally. Report daily Live Chat output to Customer Support Manager.

    • Perform other related duties and assignments as needed.

Required Skills:

    • Communicate well with other team members and the Customer Support Manager

    • Experience in customer service roles

    • Ownership mentality

    • Positive attitude through thick and thin

    • Ability to perform in high pressure, fast pace working environment

    • Ability to work independently without constant direction

    • Careful attention to detail in all aspects of the job

    • Die-hard MBM fan :)
